Past, Present, and Future

It's been a while since updating this. I know some people were disappointed so I'm sorry. Life has been busy and difficult of late. But with each step we grow, so I can't complain. The last few weeks have taught me a lot about some people that I thought I knew. Some I've gotten to know better and some I've parted ways with. In the end, it is all for the best. Right?

Last night I took Dani and showed her how to join Ops for Bastok. She kept saying things like it would be a short night and easy to do, but after crawling through 3 maps and getting lost a few times we finally walked into Bastok. Now, I'd joined Sandy at the start just to get my gobbie bag items, and that was our intent here. Get her in, switch over long enough to do the quests, and then get back. We didn't count on the extra hour of running around all of Gustaberg checking on some stupid communication. I think by the end of it both of us were sick of running back and forth. But hey, at least she's on Mission 2 now.

The guys have dynamis tonight. I'm hoping Muhdeeb, Atef, and Dani and pick up the slack that we were left with unexpectedly. I hate working and knowing that I'm basically bailing on my shell. On the other hand, I know they can do it. Just want to be there for them.

I do not know what I'll be doing in game much anymore. With Allura gone there isn't really anyone left to play with when I get home. My work schedule makes it so that people really have to go out of their way to be on when I get home. I know Brydan really will only come around for assaults. Dani is on every now and again. I see Byla all the time, but he's usually muling and selling crap. Really at the end of the day, I'm pretty much soloing 4-5 days a week now. I guess we'll see what I can find for fun during those times, but I might just push back my game play to be on 2-3 days a week with my friends. Time will tell.

PS. Muhdeeb really needs to stop drinking at work....
